Perishable goods such as foods and tea beverages cannot be returned and no refunds on such goods will be issued
Exchanges (if applicable)
Teapots in our “Jam & Tea” hamper will be exchanged if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange such an item for the same item (if available), please send us an alert via email to [email protected] within 7 days of purchase. No exchange is possible beyond that period

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend you consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
