Salad Dressing with Avlona Wild Fig Exquisite Jam

To create a tempting Wild Fig & Mustard salad dressing, prepare:
- 1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon apple vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Avlona Wild Fig Exquisite Jam
salt & ground pepper, to taste
4 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil - Mix together garlic, vinegar, mustard, honey, salt and pepper in a bowl or food processor and whisk/mix together. Add oil and whisk to perfection.

Avlona Roasted Red Pepper Paté Canapés

A perfect canape for the time-poor host / hostess. Boil eggs, allow them to cool and slice them in half. Remove egg yolks into a bowl and mix through the same amount of Avlona Roasted Red Pepper Pâté (Mild or Spicy). Add a small amount of mayonnaise and stir only enough so that pieces of egg yolk are still recognizable in the mix. Simply teaspoon the mix back into the egg-whites, sprinkle with cracked black pepper and garnish with chopped parsley. Chill for 15min and serve on a platter.
