Prepare a rich pasta using Avlona Roasted Red Pepper Pâté (Mild or Spicy) to capture the intense flavors and colors of the Mediterranean. Select your preferred pasta and prepare:
- 500 gr package of pasta
- 1 chopped onion
- 3-4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper diced into cubes
- 400 gr. chicken breast filets – cut into bite-size pieces
- 2 diced tomatoes
- 4 tablespoons parsley
- 100 gr. crumbled feta cheese
- 3 tablespoons Avlona Roasted Red Pepper Pate (Mild or Spicy)
- salt and pepper to taste
Boil the pasta according to instructions. Heat olive oil in a large pan on medium-high heat. Sauté garlic, onion and red bell pepper until fragrant for 1-2 minutes. Stir in the chicken and fry for 5-6 minutes until the poultry is cooked through. Add diced tomato and fry for an additional 2 minutes. Reduce heat to medium-low, add Avlona Roasted Red Pepper Pâté (Mild or Spicy), parsley and feta cheese. Combine the cooked pasta and stir evenly through. Serves 5-6 people
